2. Job Responsibilities:
 Project involves with client HPCL Visakha -Refinery AMC maintenance of Network
Equipments and providing support for IT Asset Management.
Manage IT Infrastructure Assets in the Industry.
 Evaluated the adequacy of internal controls and compliance with company policies and
procedures by conducting interviews with all levels of personnel in Departments,
examining transactions, documents, records, reports, observing procedures.
 Assisted in the identification of risks as part of the risk management process, including
business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
 Provided supportto internal and external audit teams as required.
 Managed surveys and feedbacks received for customers to address problem areas and
maximize satisfaction.
 Assist in the compilation and maintenance of an accurate inventory of hardware and
software, and ensuring that records are kept up-to-date within the service desk system.
 Deploy computers, academy technology, and associated peripherals including new
installations and redeployment of existing equipment
 Conducting monthly Preventive maintenance activity.
 Log all incidents and service requests in HPCL VR designated service desk system,
