project titled “Promotion on Sr. Level Employee at NTPC Patna” .
 Abstract: Understanding the promotion and evaluating procedures, Strategic
management procedures link to HR functions of the organization. Working on
the project of the organization, and to give critical analysis and Suggestions on
it.

Comprehensive problem solving ability, ability to deal with people tactfully and to make
