Position: IT Manager
Duties: Management of the IT infrastructure.
- Redesigned and combined various and different IT services and functionalities under one
structure, management of IT systems became easier and more efficent.
- Upgraded poor performing devices, thus increasing uptime of the systems and
improving service levels of operation teams
- Changed Voice operator from Türk Telekom to Superonline, which increased uptime,
performance and voice quality, decreased telephone expenses more than 40%
- Changed call center central device to Avaya IP Office, which provided a higher stability,
better management and better reporting for both internal usage and clients.
- Contracted Superonline as Internet Service Provider, which provided a dedicated,
separate fiberoptic line for the company, along with quad speed and %50 saving in
expenses.
- Transformed the company’s backup procedures and methods, which provided the
possibility of fast recovery for important servers.
- Prepared the disaster recovery plan
Design and implementation of various web based tools for internal operations.
- Analyzed workflow and operational requiremets of Hospital Offices and
redesigned/redeveloped HOS. The tool was developed in 2007. Since then, it was revised
and improved many times. Today it is used to manage whole workflow of an insured
patient’s processess run by the HOS personnel.
- Analyzed workflow and operational requiremets of Contracted Health Institutes
Network Department and redesigned/redeveloped ENY (Electronic Network
Management). The tool was developed in 2006. As of today it holds thousands of
contracts, more than 150000 field personnel forms.
- Designed workflow and operational requiremets of Check-up organization business,
designed Check-up organization tool.
- Analyzed workflow, operational requiremets, design and implementation of Türk
Telekom contracts and contact management tool.
3. Design and implementation of Avaya IP Office Call Center reporting on Qlikview software.
- Analyzed Avaya IP Office Call Center database and implemented Qlikview reports based
on customer and call center supervisors’ needs.
Position: Contracted Health Institutes Department Manager (8 Months) 2011-2012
Duties: Management of the Contracts:
- Executed as a temporary & additional responsibility to IT Management.
- Analyzed, redesigned and improved workflow of the business processes, made sure all
workflow was documented. This helped the uninterrupted continuity of the
department’s core business.
- Each employee’s business role was backed up with another employee, thus ensured
uninterrupted continuity of the department’s core business.
- Management of the contracts and negotiations for new contracts with health institutes
were performed.
- More than 1000 new contracts for Turk Telekom Sosyal Sağlık Yardım Vakfı were
prepared and signed within less than 2 months. All employees within the department
were in involved in the process; whole department participated in the establishment of
the new business.
- Waiting packet operation aggreements were rewritten and signed with more than 20 A-
Class hospitals for Aksigorta.
- Planned yearly schedule of the field personnel.
- Reviewed and improved health institute contracts.
- Reorganized and improved the department’s concurrent work and data sharing with
other departments.
Management of the check-up business:
- Analyzed and improved workflow of the check-up business, the process was
documented along with other business processes of the department.
Position: DataVital Family Practitioner Software Project Manager 2009-2010
Duties: Management of the software development process and the development team:
- DataVital software was considered as the most important project of CGM at that time.
- Analyzed and tested the software.
- Analyzed and documented market requirements.
- Made contacts with family practitioners in many different cities, made group
presentations about the software, gathered user requirements.
- Created a family practitioner network.
- Held meetings with local health authorities in many different cities, gathered user and
local health authorities’ requirements.
- Held meetings with Ministry of Health officers from various departments, gathered
