 Responsible for the health and well-being of 142 residents in Assisted Living and
Memory Care.
 Managing 32 staff (Med Tech and Resident Assistant) to make sure that their job duties
are being performed efficiently.
 Performing assessments for potential residents in skilled nursing facilities, board and
care, hospitals and homes in order to acquire the needs of that resident when moving into
the Assisted Living community.
 Communicating with residents, families, health care professions on any issues or

 Ability to use BAIRS, Personal Solution System(PSS), Point Click Care(PCC)
