Talent 100 of the Year Award
Casper Silbo Raft was in 2013 awarded as Top 100 business talent in Denmark. Casper
was awarded Talent 100 in the category Leadership as one among 16 talents.
Talent 100 is a yearly award facilitated by one of the most prestigious business
newspapers in Denmark, Berlingske Business (www.business.dk). In 2013 it was the 10’th
time the Talent 100 award was published.
The talents are selected based on professional abilities, leadership abilities and results
achieved, and an age of max 35 at the time of the award. CV and recommendations from
the talents current or previous manger are used to assess the selection criteria.
As part of the presentation of Casper Silbo Raft in the Talent 100 business magazine the
following characteristics were mentioned:
• Ability to explain the roles and responsibilities to his project managers
• Great stakeholder management at all levels of the organization of the production to
senior management
• Result oriented and motivated by difficult tasks
• Strong in communication, maintain the overview and is very strong in leading people in
the right direction
