Job Description
We are currently seeking an Account Executive who will be an advisor to drive our media and new
product sales for our clients and sales team. This role allows you to work in a new dynamic
team, providing an opportunity to work with our key corporate clients. In this role, you will:
Partner closely with sales team to provide strategic guidance in understanding their clients’ hiring
objectives & challenges, resulting high score attainment on annual peer evaluation survey
Perform the entire pre-sales due diligence process, from research to positioning to proposal, in
order to make strategic recommendations to clients based on their unique hiring objectives and
challenges
Drive media/new product adoption among clients in order to achieve the goal of
reaching/exceeding media booking quota
Serve as the thought leader and resident expert for the sales team and clients, for product
marketing questions, success stories & general industry knowledge
Drive the analysis of winning sales strategies and conduct regular local training sessions with sales
reps to proliferate strategies/best practices and develop a best-in-class sales team
Possess a deep and up-to-date understanding of the entire hiring product portfolio

Not only does LinkedIn deliver hires, but we deliver candidates that can’t be found anywhere else.¾ of our clients’ hires that were influenced by LinkedIn jobs (people like Erica in the example on slide 21) were passive candidates—candidates that would be impossible to find on traditional job boards. This means:They viewed a job on LinkedIn and were later hired by the companyThey did not perform a job search on LinkedIn in the month prior to viewing the company’s job. They found the job they viewed through JYMBII, a forward from a contact, Career Page, or another job recommendation, AND that they were not actively looking at the time.Only LinkedIn can deliver results like these.   16. Identify the right talent early. If you’re waiting until you need a hire to start looking for candidates, you’re too late.Reduce your time to hire. Establishing an ongoing dialogue with candidates gives you the option to accelerate the discussion when the time is right.Prevent superstar candidates from slipping away. When the time to hire arrives, you’re already top of mind for your chosen candidate, reducing the risk of a salary war against the competition.Strengthen your company employment brand, as well as awareness that you’re hiring, by being continually ‘out there’ engaging prospective candidates.Strengthen partnerships with the business. It will increase your ability to partner with hiring managers and become real talent advisors rather than just sourcers, at the same time improving the reputation of the Recruitment function internally.
