Personal Statement:
I’ve been involved in the Nuclear Commercial field for over 38 yrs, starting as an apprentice in 1976
during the construction of Crystal River Nuclear Plant till now as a Senior Mechanical Planner presently
staffed at Turkey Point Nuclear Plant FP&L (Florida Power & Light) for the past 11 years.
I am clearly a dedicated individual with an excellent working ethics’. I am always up to a challenge
whatever the situation. During my early 22 years of employment while in the Building Trades. I worked
mainly in the Commercial Energy Production Industry, Nuclear, Fossil Fuel and Coal. The past17 years
I’ve been working exclusively in the Commercial Nuclear Generating Industry, 5 year between being a
Supervisor and a Field Engineer and the last 12 years as a Senor Planner, 11 years here at Turkey
Point.
Objective:
Opportunity for employment as a Senor Mechanical Planner to prepare work package, generate weld
paper work (travelers), and create weld maps in accordance with procedures and expectations for major
modifications and /or troubleshooting. Conduct field walk downs to identify and analyze corrective and
preventative maintenance, modification and surveillance activities. Define procedures, drawings,
equipment and materials required to perform planned work packages in a nuclear environment. Act as
liaison with engineering department and /or vendors to determine required work packages specifications.
Develop work standards to support work packages.
