Practice and Beliefs What practices and beliefs have you adopted from your family? What practices and beliefs have you rejected and or modified?
Values and Spirituality or Religion What values were important to your family? What are your religious or spiritual beliefs? What values are important to you now?
Traditions What traditions were important in your family? What holidays were celebrated and how?
Food What types of food or dishes were important to your family? What food or dishes did you eat that are associated with your ethnicity?

Roles and Responsibilities What were the expectations and the treatment of boys and girls within the family? Who  was responsible for child rearing? What  role did grandparents and other relatives play in your family? Who made of the decisions in your family?
Roles and Responsibilities My mother makes most of the decisions in the family.
