My faith-journey began in the Quaker branch of Christianity. Living in Ulster later woke me up as a spiritual aspirant. The closest I can put those heart-felt prayers into words would be 'My Lord, do show me why I am alive and give me the strength to fulfil Your Purpose.' A student in Birmingham I recognised my spiritual teacher (who gave me my name DurgaMata) and my husband (both from India. My Father-in-law suspects that I may have been a Freedom Fighter in my previous life. Karma required me to be born in England but I’m still very Indian.) Creator of Lotusbuds Cards and RE teacher, I established Blue Lotus Enterprises to share inspiration worldwide. I'm proud mum of Bijon and Amrita.
