Experiments Your Name
Process • When experimenting for my advergame I created this background that would be used for a horror advergame. I created this using a royalty free background of a graveyard I found on Google, I then created both parts of the floor using the rectangular marquee tool and filling them in using the bucket tool with the colours I had chosen. To create the vines under the floor I used the pencil tool which I had set to one pixel. I also used the pencil tool to create the stones on the path. I then used the same rectangular tool as before to create the grave stones and the broken tree that is on the floor. The other tree and the skull and bones were made using the pencil tool.
Reflection • What elements of your experiments will you include in your final product? • When making my final product I will continue to use the same tools as I did in my experiment as they were very useful, I will also continue to use separate layers for every time I need to add something new to my final product. • Refer to the brief: Ghost Game

  • 2. Process • When experimenting for my advergame I created this background that would be used for a horror advergame. I created this using a royalty free background of a graveyard I found on Google, I then created both parts of the floor using the rectangular marquee tool and filling them in using the bucket tool with the colours I had chosen. To create the vines under the floor I used the pencil tool which I had set to one pixel. I also used the pencil tool to create the stones on the path. I then used the same rectangular tool as before to create the grave stones and the broken tree that is on the floor. The other tree and the skull and bones were made using the pencil tool.

Reflection • What elements of your experiments will you include in your final product? • When making my final product I will continue to use the same tools as I did in my experiment as they were very useful, I will also continue to use separate layers for every time I need to add something new to my final product. • Refer to the brief: Ghost Game
