2. PROCESS
This is a concept for a game
where you catch ghosts similar to
the brief so I made my own take
on it. The player is in a
abandoned house and you have
to collect ghosts with a ray gun.
To create this I used the paint
brush and took a range of colours
to create this. I used also used
the line tool to create straight
lines for the roof, windows and
door.
3. PROCESS
These are character design
experiments. I tried different
poses of the otter character
and I feel like I preferred the
otter on all 4 feet. I found the
photos on Google images
and I tried to copy them but
in pixel form. I mainly used
the brush and I went for a
similar colour scheme with
all 3 designs. My favourite
version is probably the one
far right. As the design looks
really simple and good for
what I want my character to
look like.
4. PROCESS
This is a concept design of a
stage level. I have done a
picture with and without the
background. The background
is just photos from the internet
as this is just an experiment
however when I do my
production I will make my own
background. I used the brush,
colour pallet and line tool. I
used the line tool to create the
rock border in the water and
above and coloured the pool in
with the brush.
5. REFLECTION
• What elements of your experiments will you include in your
final product?
• I will do a similar design towards the far right character as that
character I made looks better than the ghost game character. I
also will use a similar level design as I like the look of my
experiment level and I feel it could make it look better.
• Refer to the brief: Ghost Game
