Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy to make me a great teacher is having goals. One of my
goals are to build a relationship with all students and show them that I care for them.
Another goal is to explain things in different ways for every student can understand and
be there for them if they don’t understand. I want my student to do the best they can do
and failure is not an option. I will also teach my student to respect one another, treat each
other like you want to be treated.
I will apply different types of teaching methods for my student. One of them will
be High Tech Approach to Learners, in today’s everyone using technology and I feel like
learning website can be effective as well as having fun for the students. I believe in
Teacher centered as well. I want to teach my student certain things, and see if they
learned something. Lastly I believe Student centered because they need to know to work
with each other. They will be able to work in groups and decide or discuss a solution as a
group. I want my student to have communication skills and not be scared to speak in
class.
I will have a test in beginning of the year to see where my student at. I will go
over everything that’s over the test . The middle of that year I will give them the same
test to see if they made any progress. I will build them up by giving them pop quizzes and
other assessment .This will progress them to good in the middle of the semester and the
end. I will also make them present their work as a group to see if they can work together.
They should have good communication skills coming out of high school.

2. Every student will get treated the same no matter of the race or gender. They
should respect one another as well as me because everyone is held accountable. I
understand that some student learn different so they can come after class and we will
discuss the work in different ways to make every student understand . I want every
student to max their abilities to learn. Define is a important word and every student to
know what things are. The more you read the more information you would know. I will
also make my student define vocabulary words to gain knowledge.
