2. The classroom is a vehicle for getting students from where they are when they enter the schoolhouse door to where they need to be an
academic year later. Ideally, we all would like to see at least one year of progress for one year of seat time. In talking about classroom
management and student achievement, it may help to think of the teacher as the driver of the car who needs to respond to the passengers'
needs to ensure that they reach their destination. In driver education there is a substantial focus on the mechanics of driving and the rules of
the road, but not very much attention is given to keeping the automobile functioning. People learn about preventative maintenance as a
secondary set of skills through guidance, observation, reading, and trial and error.

3. The Learning Environment
 When it comes to social features that teachers must take into account
when managing interpersonal relationships is the ability to allow students
to make friends and interact socially, I find is one of the most important
life skills that children develop. As a teacher I go beyond the classroom,
identify and manage conflict, encourage kindness as well as to embrace
diversity and encourage open-mindedness and tolerance. With that, there
are clear rules and expectations, along with frequent and successful
assessments day to day in my classroom. Day to day there are high
frequent engagement and involvement alongside authentic purposeful
learning in the classroom.

4.  Diversity is everything that makes every student different from each other. This includes
many different factors: race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status,
ability, age, religious belief, or political conviction. All these factors work together to
inform how students and teachers, encounter the world. Understanding each student
brings unique experiences, strengths, and ideas to our classroom. In my classroom
diversity is the exploration and incorporation of these differences to enrich learning in
the classroom. Diversity in my classroom doesn’t just improve social skills, it has
also impacted on each student academic confidence in the classroom. It improves
critical thinking skills and encourages academic confidence in the classroom. In my
classroom to maintain my student-centered learning environment that is safe,
organized, equitable, flexible, inclusive, and collaborative, the effective educator
consistently maintains a climate of openness, inquiry, fairness, and support. While doing
this as a teacher I would create a climate where students feel that they can express
themselves appropriately without any condemnation. Each student should feel
supported and treated fairly in each and every classroom.

5.  Organizing, allocating, managing the resources of time, space, and
attention in the classroom should be a healthy environment. As a teacher
it is important to have the well-established plan. As a teacher my plan will
allow my students to act according to ritual and routines. Through this
plan, I can communicate each expectation to students so that classroom
discipline can be well established. My plan encompasses all requisite for i
.e guideline for success, posted rules, CHAMPS expectations for classroom
activities, discipline plan, strategies for emotionally and physically safe
classroom. As a teacher we have an act that defines their rules, routines,
and rituals. If I do not have a set and acts that is routines and policies, then
my students will act based on their own policies.

6.  Collaborating to develop shared values and expectations for respective
interactions with students in discussions and group work in my classroom
involves creating a rich environment and activities for linking new
information to prior knowledge, providing opportunities for collaborative
work and problem solving, and offering students a multiplicity of authentic
learning tasks. While doing this I size the groups for
maximum effectiveness and teach students how to listen to one another.
 This may first involve attention to the physical environment. For example, I
would move desks so that all students can see each other, thus
establishing a setting that promotes true discussion in small group. If
necessary, I would move my desks from the front of the room to a less
prominent space.

7.  When creating a safe learning environment processes and procedures that
support safety rules and guidelines in the classroom I would display of
essays, poems, and projects dominate the walls, because it represents
student/s ownership of the room. When students look around and see
their own writing and thinking, they certainly experience a higher level of
comfort. I also circulate around the classroom which gives a great
opportunity to overhear a student sharing an idea or question that you can
use with the whole class.

8.  Procedural Skills…. Define the problem by stating the problem specifically.
Setting classroom expectations is vital especially when rules apply. Rules in my
classroom indicate the expectations for behavior. At times there are
motivational climate for e .g I encourage students to do their best and to be
excited about what they are learning. The Student codes of conduct are
designed to serve both the classroom and the individual. Based on this I would
explain the logic and rational for each rule, model the behavior that is
expected in my classroom, allow for questions and answers, last but not lease
direct students to demonstrate their understanding. The expectations, rules,
procedures, and consequences of my classroom are intended to keep the
classroom environment safe, orderly, and productive. With consequences
serious offenses can, at my discretion, result in more severe consequences
regardless of previous steps taken. Any infraction of the rules. Positive
reinforcement is a useful technique. Making sure to praise my students for
acting appropriately and consider giving small rewards to students who exceed
expectations.

9. Safety Measures ect….
 I will demonstrate the use of all safety measures, features, and training by
creating a classroom that is organized and characterized by mutual respect.
This creates and makes it a lot easier to teach effectively. While ensuring this I
first have the classroom clean and orderly. Arrange the classroom so that I can
have all the resources I may need. This creates an environment for any
emergency access. While doing so I ensure that prevention is there by actions
taken to avoid an incident and establish mitigation and preparedness. The
learning environment is critical. As a teacher I consider cognitive space. It is
necessary for a learning environment. This cognitive space is based upon the
expectation’s teachers set for students in the classroom and the process of
creating a motivational climate. As an effective teacher I create and implement
classroom management practices that cultivate an engaging classroom
environment for my students.

10.  Addressing the needs of all individual learners is critical, as each learner
learns differently. All learners differ in the ways they perceive and
comprehend information that is presented to them. To address each
learner need I must know the how and the why of each individual learner.
Addressing the needs of students who do not speak English as their first
language by as a teacher be friendly and welcoming. I always assign
buddies or other classmates to help the ELL student. When teaching a
whole or small group I use visual props, gestures, and facial expressions to
communicate. Body language is very communicative. I Include the student
in all class activities. He or she will follow the other students. Welcome the
richness of cultural diversity in your classroom. In my classroom I give
geography more meaning as all class members use maps to show their
families’ origins.

11.  Addressing the student needs is so important. Differentiation is a method of
instruction that I would design to meet the needs of each student by changing
what students learn (content), how they accumulate information (process), how
they demonstrate knowledge or skills (product), and with whom and where
learning happens (learning environment). It is vital to address every student
need in the classroom, as all student think differently and no one child is alike.
With addressing the student’s interest while differentiation we must address
the learning styles as multiple intelligences is address. This can be done by
getting to Know Your Students Better, expand upon traditional activities,
linguistic and visual-Spatial. Once this is done as a teacher, we expect high
expectations from all students. Yet, as we teach it is necessary to
communicate clear expectations. Be specific in what you expect students to
know and be able to do. I create an environment in which there is genuine
respect for students and a belief in their capability. Further I
encourage students to meet expectations for a particular task. Offer praise
when standards are me.

12.  As I teach, I model clear understanding, this can be done by
using technology, reinforcing active listening, asking open-
ended questions, and using task activities that foster critical
thinking. In the classroom my students view work on power-
points virtually and in the classroom. Power-points keep
students engaged and it helps with different learning style.
Integrating current information and communication
technologies is good for the 21st century.

13.  As an educator, I am mindful of the ways self-directed learning can
appear in the classroom and leveraging it as an integral part of how
we and students learn. As a teacher I create a more meaningful
learning experience for students that will last beyond the
regurgitation of memorized content. Instead of telling students how
to learn, I create through activities that promote Design Thinking
virtually and in the classroom. During teaching it has been found
that, when individuals are engaged in cooperative learning
activities, group work learning and self-learning are boosted
students not only boost their self-awareness and self-reflection
skills but also enhance their abilities as critical, creative thinkers,
effective communicators, and collaborative team workers, while also
becoming more productive and effective learners.

14. Technology
 Utilizing current and emerging technologies that enable students to
participate in high-quality comedication interactions along with
achieving their educational goals sometimes can be challenging
virtually and in the classroom. I have students submit assignments
as blogs, submit assignments like solving problems using USA Test
Prep. Using multimedia technology in the classroom offers
opportunities for students that are individualized instructions in any
classroom with learners of a new language at various skill levels and
different learning styles, therefore making effective use of
instructional time. Diverse learning styles are not limited to ethnicity
or linguistic cultures.

15.  In conclusion, I create a successful learning environment;
indeed, having a positive impact on students achieving an
environment that supports and facilitates academic and
social-emotional learning to not only maintain order but to
optimize student learning and to encourage, establish,
student self-control by promoting positive student
achievement and behavior
