Reflection Paper On Barack Obama
Over the recent weeks, I have had an opportunity to learn a lot of leadership values and how he applied them smoothly throughout his presidency. In
the same way, a various variety of leadership topics also allows one to experience the practice of most leadership theories and principles. For the
following discussion, the objective is that I choose one known leader in society and explain why he claimed himself to be not only a citizen of the
United States but a "Citizen of the world." Using many supportive detail and opinions, to explore his leadership. Therefore, the paper focuses on
Former President Barack Obama, the 44th president of the United States of America. This choice stands out because in the most difficult time when
America was beaten to its knees, Former President Barack Obama outstood courage, intelligence, and courage that bought us back to our feet during
the most difficult time of the century after his victory. Despite having been the first American president in the US with African roots, Former
President Barack Obama has been acknowledged as one of the most valued and honored presidents in the history of the United States. Upon being
elected as president for two terms, politician, turned into motivator and public speaker to the world. A man with a big smile, and height of 6 feet one
inches tall has won the hearts of billions of people nationwide which makes him an outstanding president in my opinion. Former President Barack

Barack Obama Sr. was born of Luo ethnicity in Nyanza Province, Kenya. He grew up herding goats in Africa and, eventually, earned a scholarship
that allowed him to leave Kenya and go to college in Hawaii. While studying at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Obama Sr. met fellow student

Although Barack Obama tries for our country, his approval rating by United States citizens is 47% while 52% of US citizens disapprove him
during his eight years of presidency. Some people say he's bad because of how he handles our country for example; he raised the debt ceiling, did
some wasteful programs, and didn't really do a good job. But, even if he did some pretty good and bad things to our country he is still our president
and has to do his job. Some good things about Barack Obama are that he ended the war on Iraq which saved the lives of an abundance of soldiers, killed
Osama Bin Laden who was responsible for the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City which is good because it helped

I would sit in a chair admire the place I'll stay in for one day and try not to worry about world problems right now. The entrance would look
amazing when I look at it. The overview of the white house is white with pillars surrounding the entrance. When I get closer you see the perfectly
maintained garden, the American flag on the white house, and the flowing fountain. As I go even closer you see the intricate design of the pillars
of the white house, the architectural wonder, and amazing entrance. Although I will only be able to stay for one day, I would enjoy it while it
lasts. Aside from the white house, I would like to know what he does for a living. I want to know a better depth of how he makes certain laws and
pretty much what the president does. The founding fathers made the rules so that the president doesn't have too much power. The president can
veto the bill, veto means to reject the bill entirely. If the president vetoes the bill then congress can override it if 2/3 of both houses accept it in
order for it to become a law. He also has to make interesting speeches, which are usually boring and long like the state of the union addresses which
are at minimum an hour or two long. Sometimes being a president is boring sometimes, fun. But Barack Obama loves his country even if there are

They are still debating over the solution for this.
"In term of foreign policy, he is indecisive" –Bui, 36. According to what he said, Mr. Obama often gives late decisions. He is not good at dealing with
other countries. Ukraine and Eastern Sea are one of the obvious proofs. China and Russia have been very daring lately; America is losing respect
in both term of economy and military. Israel is another country to concern. Imagine if there is no Israel, all those Middle Eastern countries are
sharing the same belief. They will eventually team up, create their own Alliance and only God knows what they can do with that. The world
doesn't need another version of Germany in World War 2. According to Jenifer Rubin from The Washington Post, in an article she said "President
Obama gave an interview in which he viciously attacked Israel, suggesting that Israel was the cause of the peace process failure, that the United
States could no longer protect Israel if the peace process failed". Mr. Obama should consider that keeping Israel strong is a good thing to do right
now. A strong Israel means that Middle East is unstable. Israel's neighbor countries will keep being suspicious in every moves Israel made. They will
be busy dealing with each other. In another word, it will prevent them to unify.
However, American should consider the good that he has done for this country. He ended the war with Iraq as the last troop left in 2011. He

Reflection Paper On Barack Obama

  • 1. Reflection Paper On Barack Obama Over the recent weeks, I have had an opportunity to learn a lot of leadership values and how he applied them smoothly throughout his presidency. In the same way, a various variety of leadership topics also allows one to experience the practice of most leadership theories and principles. For the following discussion, the objective is that I choose one known leader in society and explain why he claimed himself to be not only a citizen of the United States but a "Citizen of the world." Using many supportive detail and opinions, to explore his leadership. Therefore, the paper focuses on Former President Barack Obama, the 44th president of the United States of America. This choice stands out because in the most difficult time when America was beaten to its knees, Former President Barack Obama outstood courage, intelligence, and courage that bought us back to our feet during the most difficult time of the century after his victory. Despite having been the first American president in the US with African roots, Former President Barack Obama has been acknowledged as one of the most valued and honored presidents in the history of the United States. Upon being elected as president for two terms, politician, turned into motivator and public speaker to the world. A man with a big smile, and height of 6 feet one inches tall has won the hearts of billions of people nationwide which makes him an outstanding president in my opinion. Former President Barack Obama was born to a Kenyan Get more content on HelpWriting.net

His mother, Ann Dunham, was eight years younger than his father, Barack Obama Sr. Barack Obama Sr. was born of Luo ethnicity in Nyanza Province, Kenya. He grew up herding goats in Africa and, eventually, earned a scholarship that allowed him to leave Kenya and go to college in Hawaii. As a child, Obama did not have much of a relationship with his father. Obama Sr. went to Massachusetts to attend Harvard. Obama's parents had also divorced when he was only two, in 1964. A year later, his mother remarried to a man named Lolo Soetoro,...show more content... He also took a trip to Kenya to visit the graves of his father and grandfather. He returned to America and entered the school of Harvard in 1988. He also joined a law firm in Chicago as a summer associate and met his future wife, Michelle Robinson, who was then a lawyer who was appointed as Obama's advisor, and they began dating that year. Obama had a lot of accomplishments at Harvard. In 1990, he became their first black of the Harvard Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law in 1991. After college, Obama returned to Chicago to practice as a civil rights lawyer with the firm of Miner, Barnhill & Galland. • 3. Barack Obama Research Paper I think you should invite the president of United States to our school because it would be quite interesting to hear our president,Barack Obama, talking at our school and tell us what we have to know and what we are in charge of as of being students.Barack Obama is a very jolly person and would be most likely to tell us about what we need to know and I have an explanation for why I want him to be invited to Lenox Academy. I think that you should invite the president of United States to our school because,he was the first African American to actually have the courage to run for president and make a difference in history. This is because his presidency tells us more about our future than anything. We forget that the most successful African American...show more content... • 4. Barack Obama Research Paper Although Barack Obama tries for our country, his approval rating by United States citizens is 47% while 52% of US citizens disapprove him during his eight years of presidency. Some people say he's bad because of how he handles our country for example; he raised the debt ceiling, did some wasteful programs, and didn't really do a good job. But, even if he did some pretty good and bad things to our country he is still our president and has to do his job. Some good things about Barack Obama are that he ended the war on Iraq which saved the lives of an abundance of soldiers, killed Osama Bin Laden who was responsible for the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City which is good because it helped discourage terrorism, and...show more content... I would sit in a chair admire the place I'll stay in for one day and try not to worry about world problems right now. The entrance would look amazing when I look at it. The overview of the white house is white with pillars surrounding the entrance. When I get closer you see the perfectly maintained garden, the American flag on the white house, and the flowing fountain. As I go even closer you see the intricate design of the pillars of the white house, the architectural wonder, and amazing entrance. Although I will only be able to stay for one day, I would enjoy it while it lasts. Aside from the white house, I would like to know what he does for a living. I want to know a better depth of how he makes certain laws and pretty much what the president does. The founding fathers made the rules so that the president doesn't have too much power. The president can veto the bill, veto means to reject the bill entirely. If the president vetoes the bill then congress can override it if 2/3 of both houses accept it in order for it to become a law. He also has to make interesting speeches, which are usually boring and long like the state of the union addresses which are at minimum an hour or two long. Sometimes being a president is boring sometimes, fun. But Barack Obama loves his country even if there are many cons he still does it for his Get more content on HelpWriting.net
