assigned site including daily operations of building and ensurance of K-12 curricula delivery. Supervised
faculty of up to 55 and staff of 20 employees including administrative staff, classroom assistants,
secretaries, cafeteria employees, custodians and school nurse. Credentials consist of degrees in Ed.D School
Administration, M.E. Educational Administration, B.S. Elementary Education / Early Childhood Development.
Responsible for mapping all K-12 curriculum and Essential Standards. Member of the Administrative
Cabinet. Chaired the Curriculum Leadership Team. Member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Chaired or
served on numerous adjunct committees. Received Governor’s Award of Excellence (2013).
 Organizational Objectives. Established and maintained an effective positive working environment
to ensure attainment of organizational goals. Facilitated, monitored and reported status of assigned
activities to demonstrate adherence, review and alignment with organizational standards to the Board of
Directors.
 Facility / Financial Management. Provided oversight of the facility operations including budgets, facility
maintenance, systems management, safety regulations and building schedule.
 Learning Material Assessment. Coordinated formative assessments for course standards, course content
and writing assessments. Maintained system for textbook adoption. Coordinator and System Administrator
for Performance Plus Suite (Assessment Builder, Curriculum Connector, Performance Tracker). Utilized
Performance Plus Suite for Assessment and Curricular Data-Driven Decisions.
Building Organizational / Talent Capacity
 New Program Creation. Implemented Full-Day Kindergarten. Coordinated Extended Learning Day Programs.
Implemented and maintained Peer Mediation Program. Developed and provided Pre-School Workshops for
parents on Developmentally Appropriate Practices. Assisted with developing and implementing an
instructional program that is aligned with the School District Assessment Plan and State Standards.
 Organizational Expansion. Served as Coordinator of Odysseyware Academy Cyber School. Assisted with the
eStrategic Plan Mid-Point Review and Comprehensive Plan. Assisted in Structuring the Process for Building
Student Achievement Plans, S.M.A.R.T. Goals and At-Risk Plans.

Developing Partnerships
 Building A Collaborative Organizational Culture. Worked collaboratively with administrators, department
chairs, subject area coordinators, and other curriculum leaders to develop and monitor instructional
programs. Served as Coordinator for Conference on Creating Collaborative Teams as Part of Professional
Learning Communities Initiative. Communicated with staff and parents through Monthly Home/School
Newsletters. Provided student orientations for targeted grade levels and new students. Provided support
for Summer Pre-Kindergarten Program, Summer Camps and Summer Instructional Programs.
 Developing Partnerships with Community Resources. Identified and linked school and community
resources for effective instructional programming. Served as District Representative for YMCA Local Board of
