Leadership / Influence
Executive Leadership. Reporting to the Superintendent of Schools, maintained ultimate accountability for
assigned site including daily operations of building and ensurance of K-12 curricula delivery. Supervised
faculty of up to 55 and staff of 20 employees including administrative staff, classroom assistants,
secretaries, cafeteria employees, custodians and school nurse. Credentials consist of degrees in Ed.D School
Administration, M.E. Educational Administration, B.S. Elementary Education / Early Childhood Development.
Responsible for mapping all K-12 curriculum and Essential Standards. Member of the Administrative
Cabinet. Chaired the Curriculum Leadership Team. Member of the Strategic Planning Committee. Chaired or
served on numerous adjunct committees. Received Governor’s Award of Excellence (2013).
Organizational Objectives. Established and maintained an effective positive working environment
to ensure attainment of organizational goals. Facilitated, monitored and reported status of assigned

Facility / Financial Management. Provided oversight of the facility operations including budgets, facility

Building Organizational / Talent Capacity

Developing Partnerships
Building A Collaborative Organizational Culture. Worked collaboratively with administrators, department
chairs, subject area coordinators, and other curriculum leaders to develop and monitor instructional
programs. Served as Coordinator for Conference on Creating Collaborative Teams as Part of Professional
Learning Communities Initiative. Communicated with staff and parents through Monthly Home/School
Newsletters. Provided student orientations for targeted grade levels and new students. Provided support
