Things I have accomplished:
● Trello account.
● Question box on website.
● Went to Student Council Meeting and choose template.
RoadBlocks:
● Couldn't get question box onto website and also would not work.
How did I fixed this problem:
Worked with Chadwick and got a different question box template.

What did I learn about the job i’m
representing:
You really have to stay on top of things and
keep everyone updated and make sure you
have not just a daily plan but a weekly
plan. Research is also big, getting new
ideas etc. Making sure that everyone's on
task and making sure everythings getting
done on time. Also a lot of organization.
Making sure you also keep contact with the
advisors of the club and presidents of the
club to see what they want and make sure
what they want happens
What would I do different next time:
● Being more organized and make
a better weekly plan
● Got together and talked more

● I started/set up our DCG Student Council website
● I found and uploaded the template

● Went to Joomla, went Module Manager and Fixed it from there

● I learned that you need to go over things and make sure
everything is in order and working properly.
What would I do different next time:
● Next time, I would make a better plan and
use Trello better than we did.
● We should of got together more often

Assurance(QA)
Things I have accomplished:
● Made a survey to be sent out to the Student Council
● Made a Flyer
● Helped make the tabs
● Presented to the Student Council about the Templates
RoadBlocks:
● We couldn’t figure out how to get the print and contact us
tabs off every page.
How did I fixed this problem:
● We went into the settings and turned them all off.

● Survey Monkey, Joomla, iMovie, and Microsoft Word.
What did I learn about the job I’m
representing?
I learned that you have to check on things
multiple times, because if one thing isn’t
broken now, it might be broken later. You
also have to check every little thing, from
links to pictures to text size.

● The Hawaiian Night Poster

● Organized meetings before school with the Student Council
● Completed the video for the homepage

● We temporarily didn’t know how to put music to the video

● We problem solved to figure it out

What did I learn about the job i’m
representing:
● Going against the client is a big “no,
no”
● Organizing groups is not fun
● Especially when the group don't have a
lot of feedback
What would I do different next time:
● More focus groups
