2. • motivated to start EverJob because of my and 20.000 Romanian
employees bad past experience in IT companies
• Google Startup Bootcamp 2019 attendee among 15 other startups from
the country
• Startup Spinner Makeathon 2019 attendee among 18 other startups

3. EverJob is a cross-platform app which helps recruiters find
suitable employees for their job faster and helps keeping them
longer in the company by using professional testing and job
matching.
4. •long recruitment process (~23 hours reading CVs for a single hire)
•employers pressure recruiters to find both quality & quantity at the same time,
in a short period of time, this leading to neglect the quality in the favour of
quantity
•can not retain employees (in Romania, 20% of newly employed people leave the
IT companies because job matching was neglected at recruitment time - Human
Performance Development International. In other words, a Romanian IT
company, that employs 100 people, in a year will lose 336.000$ because job
matching is neglected - Hay Group)
•bad employment also leads to losses in: productivity, efficiency, employee
morale, sales
6. •product refers to IT&C industry only (in Romania there are 17.000
IT companies with these problems with 20.000 from the total of
100.000 employees being affected)
•based on the product’s potential of scalability, we can expect the
market to be globally
•will first be tested inside recruiting companies which will report
any errors, bugs or inconveniences while using the product. After
this, the product will be presented to multinational IT companies
7. • presenting a database of profiles that matches the job’s soft &
professional skills needs, helping you find the suitable employee in a
small amount of time
• every recommended employee will be first matched with the job’s
profile
• soft skills in app testing using the Big 5 inventory on the moment of
onboarding on the app (4 minute test)
• in app professional skill testing
8.
9. •marketing will be done on multiple social media platforms in
groups on Facebook, Instagram, MeetUp, Twitter
•marketing also will be done by hanging posters in IT related
areas in my city, college and cafes
•sustain meetings with company representatives
10. LinkedIn, eJobs Romania, BestJobs.eu, Hipo.ro
For a company, finding a suitable employee much faster, also, rise the retention of employees with
20%. As for an individual, the promise he will find a job where he will be appreciated, will grow
and where he will feel better.
Neither of my competitors tries to match the job’s profile with the individual’s, they don’t
recommend individual’s so the time spent on employing doesn’t get better and individual’s can still
lie about their abilities on other platforms.
11. •spoke to more than 20 recruiters and managers from multinational companies,
validating the idea
•marketed the product on social media platforms and in my college obtaining
very good feedbacks
•an MVP is already out in the testing phase
12. •the biggest milestone in the next 6 months would be filling
out the databases with user information
•i expect about 1000 users in the first 6 months, the number
rising exponentially after the first year
13. • i would need an investment of 20.000$, money used for
equipment, marketing, licenses and scaling the databases. This
sum will help us scale up the product, resulting in more sales out
of the country
