project development was the first by this group to be delivered on-time and within budget.
 Chicago, IL Cellular Company: Validated the program drivers for an in-flight MDM and BI Re-
architecture Strategy and Roadmap project by interviewing stakeholders and analyzing the
program strategy phase outputs. Based on this validation, the project received executive

care solutions company in the United States. PCS managed the drug spend of over $12 billion for

3.  Responsible for managing an annual budget of approximately $89M and a decentralized staff
of 650. Extended PCS’s e-commerce member internet strategy to include client, pharmacy and
manufacturer e-commerce sites
 Implemented customer segmentation solution that was used to cultivate customer loyalty and
boost revenue. Increased share of wallet by 230%, reduced churn by 24%, and increased
average spend by 210%. The project also increased ecommerce revenue by 158% while
decreasing call center traffic by 22%.
CIO/CTO & SVP Information Systems and Operations, EON Corporation (formerly known as
TvAnswer)
EON was a privately held wireless communications and interactive television technology startup.
 Responsible for the following as the CIO/CTO and VP of Information Systems for this startup:
