of 650. Extended PCS’s e-commerce member internet strategy to include client, pharmacy and

Implemented customer segmentation solution that was used to cultivate customer loyalty and
boost revenue. Increased share of wallet by 230%, reduced churn by 24%, and increased
average spend by 210%. The project also increased ecommerce revenue by 158% while
decreasing call center traffic by 22%.
