the document you have an authority to edit and monitor
the docs online.

the criteria.
 After receiving the criterion, the coordinator can
complete the profiles and Executive summary. (using
Information received from all stake holders)
 The entire process can be monitored by Principle and
other authorities online and their comments can be
incorporated in preparing the report.
TILL THEN IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOU
AND YOUR COLLEAGUES MAY NOT HAVE
USED A SINGLE PIECE OF PAPER.

11.  While information being submitted online,
(1) Ask every individual to scan Development Proposals,
Research papers, Certificates, Project reports (from
proposals to utilization), Publication information, Student
information (enrollment/attendance), Scholarship record,
Academic achievements, Category wise results, Other
curricular event information, College committee activity
(meeting notices to annual reports), Important
photographs etc etc etc. (Whatever IQAC chairman/
Admin feels necessary and important).
(2) After scanning, ask them to send all this data in PDF
format to IQAC and NAAC steering committee by Gmail
only.
It means no Xeroxing, no multiple copies, no fear of losing
data forever.

12.  IQAC/NAAC functioning can be made more effective
using Social Media Such as Whatsapp and Many more.
 Form a group of faculties who are directly or indirectly
related to Assessment and Accreditation work.
 We can send/share info very quickly amongst us almost
at no cost.
 Status of each n every activity can be assessed by
Coordinator and Principal of the college.
