2. Description
Justification

through providing management consultancy. With a cooperation with AIESEC,
international interns with management background are coming from different countries
to develop topics like Structure, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance Structure,
Financial Business Model (for a Social Sustainable organization), Strategy, Planning,
Process optimization and creating performance indicators.

passion, but most of them have lack of management skills which makes their NGOs low
impactful.AIESEC brings in this project, int ernational interns (university students from
18-30 years or recent-graduated) to apply their knowledge in those organizations to
make them more efficiency in order to make them have more results and bring more

(Determine what are the NGOs needs during sales meetings (this information will be needed during matching interviews
to select the intern). Each NGO should take 5 interns (minimum 4). Ex1: If the NGO has only two needs like MKT and
Process optimization (we would have 2 interns for MKT, 2 for Process optimization and 1 TLP / Ex2: If the NGO has four
needs like HR, FINance structure, finance business model and creating indicators, then each intern should be assigned to
one role and the TLP to do both the activities and have the team management role).
