Duties – Quarry Surveyor/ Jr. Project Estimator. In charge of running quantity check,
seismic survey on drilled and blasted quarry and various other projects using surveying
methods for finalising invoice. Also run take offs, data gathering for new up-coming
project.
July 2013-Feb 2014 DMC Mining Services
Duties- Underground Surveyor, general surveying duties such as make up line and grade
face pick-ups, installing monopod station for ramp line and grade, CMS open stopes,
wire framing survey topes
March 2013 – July 2013 SanGold Manitoba
Duties- Underground Surveyor/ Vent Surveyor, Keeping direction and grade control
through the mine, laying out rings for Longhole drilling, checking ventilation readings
throughout the mine. GPS surface surveying.
2012-2013 DMC Mining Services
Duties – Underground Surveyor, working with new technologies (Rail Veyor), keeping all
heading prints up to date while driving 400’ + per week. Nipping gear and helping with
long-hole loading, as well as various mining positions.
