The Next Level organization is designed to simplify how we work together, improve customer focus
and productivity, strengthen lines of accountability, and ensure our business is better oriented
externally towards the market.
We are pleased to announce that Ashraf Atia is appointed as Customer Loyalty Manager for Egypt,
Central and North Africa effective immediately. In addition to his current role as LBU PPMV Supplier/
Customer Quality Manager. He takes over this role from Amr Farouk, who has assumed a new role
as AVP Inventory and Value Chain Excellence Leader - LP AMEA as announced previously.
Ashraf joined ABB in 2009 as PPMV LBU Quality Assurance Manager. He holds a Bachelor degree in
mechanical design and production from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Egypt. He is a
certified Six Sigma from Quality America and a certified 4Q trainer and coach from ABB.
In this role, Ashraf will create and lead the Customer Loyalty Program Strategy in line with ABB next
level strategy. He will report directly to Mohamed El Tayeb LBU PPMV Quality Manager, and
functionally to Naji Jreijiri, Managing Director Central & North Africa. He will continue to be based in
10th
of Ramadan Factory premises.
