Letter of appreciation for Amit Morag - MARKETWISE 
Greetings, 
We would like to express our gratitude and appreciation to our trainer 
and consultant, Amit Morag of MARKETWISE, who came to our company 
to train our organized tour sales call center. 
Amit thoroughly prepared for this multi-phase training program. He 
studied the Company's area of operations, he did mystery shopper tests 
of our top competitors and analyzed the extremely competitive 
environment in which our Company operates. 
Amit then led extremely influential workshops to our sales 
representatives in a very professional, clear and interesting way, and 
managed to provide sales reps new selling skills and implement best 
practices. 
The printed reference material Amit prepared and left for our use has 
helped us maintain the added value and we plan to use it with future 
generations of the company's sales teams. 
The results of the training program did not take long to arrive. In the 
relevant areas where Amit focused on improvements, sales increased by 
100%!
