Sr. Instructional Designer Oct 2013 to present, Full time
Principal training content developer for Corporate Training. Success stories include:
• Developed many innovate training techniques to transition 320 newly acquired BAC
employees into CoreLogic. This included onboarding and tax service training on multiple
new systems over a 6-month period.
• It was my idea to create on-demand training for the main tax servicing systems used at
CoreLogic. I created e-learning modules with built in screen simulations for hands-on
practice. I put this on an easily accessible SharePoint site. Topics were based on a
training needs survey we gave to employees prior to developing the project. The
participation in the training broke all previous records, recording over 700 completed
sessions in less than 6 months. Participation was all employee-driven.

2. • I volunteered to develop a database for training attendance tracking. What started out
as just a departmental tool is now being used enterprise-wide for the last 2 years. It is
used for quarterly compliance training reports and other ad hoc reporting. It saved the
company multiple thousands of dollars not having to hire an outside database
developer.
• I received Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification for process improvements that cut $30,000
a year in training development costs alone.
