Andeli Price discount for Corporate 15% without VAT, TAX, ATI & any others expenses.

13. Delivery charge for outside Dhaka will be client’s responsibility.
Dealer and retailer must submit RMA product each month.
Dealer must close their account twice in a year with Zaman Associates.
Dealer sales target per month i) District level :: 10 Lac BDT i) City level :: 6 Lac .
For zonal exclusive dealership dealer applicant must start with retail account.
Dealer must not under cut any price of products.
Invoicing will auto lock in case of dealer’s credit limit over flow.

14. Dealer bank cheque is a payment commitment only, It will be added in ledger on honor day .
Dealer must deposited a equivalent to credit limit valid bank cheque for dealership.
Andeli and Zaman Associates will allow only one dealer for each tender and it is first come
first basis.
Low performer dealer will lost exclusive dealer promises in one zone from Zaman Associates
after 6 month average poor sales achievement. Here poor sales achievement is below 50% of
sales target.

15. B. Marketing and Presales Activities
Marketing and presales activities will operate from Zaman Associates Head Office.
All activities of marketing and presales must be maintain on CRM.
Product sampling has to be challan base and challan must need to sign by client.
Sample has to collect within 30 days from issue date, in case of no response from client.
After 30 days of sample issue if client request for extension it has to invoice according to sales
policies.
No free sample products will provide for outside Dhaka city. Client must pay for the sample
product in remote area.
Marketing and presales expenditure need to forecast for management approval.
