I have over 27 year of diverse Commercial experience in Hospitality & Aviation sector. Working for 3
different Airlines (Austrian Airlines, Turkuaz Airlines and Singapore Airlines) now a one of the biggest
and largest consolidator company in Turkey. I have successfully grown GSA structure more than
threefold over a minimum period time. As well as successfully launched a GSA subsidiary in Germany,
from scratch within B2B Tourism & Consolidator corporate group. I am a creative person that looks at
his job from the perspective of a business owner. It’s my goal to further develop my Commercial,

Definition Of Work : I was appointed as general manager in Deutschland. Our goal
was growth and build a new business model in German tourism field and apply the logical and
strategic view of Biletbank systems in the market. make recruitment interviews for the hiring of new
staff and prepare trainings for the new Biletbank members. Successful completion of training new
members were provided. We raise our number of members to 240 as of February and increase this
number further enriched by participation from different regions. Our internal training program has
been completed and is prepared for the agency training. Following this study, it will be visited by
targeting different ethnic companies. I have been taking place with the relevant authorities signed by
all the necessary agreements. Besides all of the negative market and system development, we
conduct business volume of around half a million euro in seven months.

After July 2010, Biletbank challenging with 3 competitors in the market.
One of the competitor is Turkish Airlines reservation system called Quickres and the second
competitor is Teztur – İati… Because of TK and iati we had lost about 10% market share until July
2011. We searching and planning new sales products against the competitors…

Turkuaz Airlines was a charter airlines and they haven’t got any network around Turkey. Aimed to

about 600 travel agencies around Turkey mainly in Istanbul. Before to starting fly on September 2010
we achived about 800 travel agencies registered sales point of Turkuaz Airlines.. We achived that
Turkuaz Airlines Sales Agents made 10.000.000 turn over within 2,5 months…
Weekly planning of customer calls in collaboration with sales support, I had about 10 agreement with
important corporates. Arranging and preparing customer calls based on sales visit preparations,
supplied by sales support. Forwarding new business sales leads to general manager. Constantly
informing customer portfolio about new products and product improvements. Passing on relevant
market and competitor information to general manager. Forwarding relevant queries to customer
