Summary:
Started as an MT at Koç Kolding, at Setur Tourism Agency (a company of Koç), continued at Koç Allianz Sigorta (Allianz
Sigorta as of 2008) and was promoted to “supervisor” as of 2012.. At Allianz, I worked at 5 different divisions, which helped
me gain different perspectives. I ended my carreer in insurance industry and am aiming at starting a new carreed in a new
sector. The essence of my job description was management of major and overseas clients and marketing activities.
Regardless of the industry, I can achieve my goals both in similar positions; and also at the areas listed below; thanks to my
tourism background, the additional responsibilities I had on top of my job definition, propensity for interpersonal relations, and
linguistic skills

 Managed the major accounts listed below:
- Coca Cola
- Coca Cola Overseas risks in Turkey, Jordan, Pakistan, Iraq, Tajikstan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan
- Efes Breweries overseas risks in Ukraine,Moldova,Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia

- RAM (In house agency of Koç Holding to manage the insurances of Koç Holding Companies)
 During Bancassurance Department period, Yapi Kredi Bank was acquired by Kocbank, which caused our company,
Allianz TR, lose its exclusivity as the sole insurance company of the bank; due to the fact that Yapi Kredi had its own
insurance company; Yapi Kredi Sigorta. At the time of a tough competition between Yapi Kredi Sigorta and Allianz
TR, I encouraged Yapi Kredi branches into seling their own products,
 Managed a project with my superior to be presented to private banking branches. At the end of this project 1.5 mio
TL of Premium on pension side was produced within 6 months.
 Sold one of the largest pension plans until that time within the project mentioned above.
 With reference to the period mentioned above, built trust and rapport with the new branches in my territory, which
were originally Yapı Kredi prior to acquisition. I organized and gave trainings to these branches and they started to
sell Allianz products extensively afterwards.
 Took part in the committee, which was formed to collect the outstanding debts of our foreign businesses from the
years before 2010.(The collections team needed support from marketing team). We managed to clear the debt in 6
months.
 Took part in a project in corporation with Türk Telekom to sell household policy to Türk Telekom clients.
 One of the two Allianz TR employees at Broker Sustainability Project in cooperation with Allianz Germany
 Chosen as one of the trainers for “Allianz Turkey Values, Vision and Mission” Trainings. Gave support to the Training
Department by acting as the trainer in 6 training sessions.
 Team captain of Allianz TR team for 2014 Allianz Sports Event, which took place in Zurich with the participation of all
Allianz companies from around the world. In addition to my team captain duty, I represented Allianz TR in tennis.
 Worked actively as a member of the team that organized the annual Allianz International Meeting in corporation with
Allianz Execuitve Events Team in Munich. This event is a major and a prestigious event for Allianz companies all
over the world.
 Worked actively and voluntarily for the social club of Allianz TR, which organizes cultural trips and events for the
personel and currently is the head of “Leisure and Travel Department” of this club as of the end of 2010.
 Worked on behalf of my department for the internal publication of Corporate Communication division which was
circulated in Allianz TR.
 Chosen as one of the Social Media Ambassadors for Allianz TR.

country of interest for fronting businesses or in situations where this information is required.

 Cooperating with the accounting department in premium collection from the fronting partners.
