Processing major quotations and working closely on regular and ad hoc flows from
major clients. Pro-active approach. Emphasis on delivering excellent customer
service and negotiating highest possible revenue for the group.
February 2002 – July 2009 : CARGO SALES AGENT
Senior member of a team dedicated to telephone sales, reservations and operations
for Air France-KLM Cargo and Delta Air Logistics. Tele-sale of aircraft capacity for
cargo shipments. Cargo-load planning; Statistical and revenue analysis. Supervision of
team in absence of Cargo Supervisor.
March 2001 - February 2002 : CARGO RESERVATIONS AND OPERATIONAL AGENT
Reservations agent for aircraft capacity to Air France network. Provide quotations to
Cargo Agents in Northern England, Scotland & Northern Ireland. Check post flight
information for clients.
Assisting the Sales Support Manager UK & Ireland with Ground Handling Agent and
Road Haulage Management. Liaising with local Management to assess performance.
Producing and updating Operational procedures in accordance with Air France and
Country regulations.

During this work placement I learnt about the Air Cargo Industry and carried out the
normal tasks of a Cargo Reservations Agent.

The Kingsway High School (Sep 1993 to June 1998) : 10 GCSE including English
Language, Mathematics and Business Studies.
Hobbies & Interests
I am a keen golfer and footballer and play as often as possible. I also enjoy walking. I
drive myself towards new challenges and achievements as I believe this makes life
more exciting and gives me a platform to develop skills in many areas.
