Day of Silence on Friday
April 20th.

17. ■ Students interested in the medical field (OT, RN, LPN,
X-ray Tech, etc.) should talk to their school counselor
or administration to find out if this is a good fit.
■ Students must have a minimum of English 10-1 or 20-
2. Students who are graduating this year (and will be
no older than 19 as of Sept. 1, 2018) are welcome to
participate. We currently have 5 returning students in
our program.
■ Brochures containing more information are currently
available at the school office.

18. Summer Career Camp
High school students looking to jump-start their career are invited to
learn how to design a dynamic career that adapts as they change
throughout life. This program is designed for students in grades 10,
11, and 12 looking to jump-start their career. This includes students
going into grade 10 this fall and students who are taking a gap year
or are upgrading post grade 12.

20. For students who have been accepted into a post-
secondary program – watch your portal email. You
will be receiving an email to let you know when you
can register for classes. You do not want to delay this
process. You will not get the classes you need or, in
some cases, you can be withdrawn from your
program because all the classes you need to take are
full. If you are not sure how to register for classes,
see Ms Wegner once you have received notification
to register.
