SUMMARY OF WORK:
 Was the First Employee in the Circle to recommend the then CEO, Mr. Rajesh Dongre, to give
away the monthly claims to the respective Associate Distributors in their accounts directly
withoutroutingitthroughthe Main Distributor.The recommendationwaswidely accepted and
implemented from the very next month.
 Was the First Employee to recommend the Head of Sales Mr. Sriram Iyer to start appointing
retailers as Channel Partners….This recommendation too was implemented.
 Was the First Employee in Kota Zone(Rajasthan) to distribute printed note books as part of
Advertising & Sales Promotion Activity with the company’s logo on it to all the retailers in my
territory so that whenever a company official visits the retail , he could write the monthly
schemesinitand the retailercanalsokeepitfor future reference.Thiswaslateronfollowed by
the competition and also it was implemented in other territories too.
 Was the First Employee in Kota Zone to recommend the Branch Head & Zonal Head to allow
each Executive to take his entire team on a vacation? This will help improve relations and will
generate more business in the long run. This idea was greatly appreciated and followed with
immediate effect in the entire Zone.
 Was the First Employee in Kota Zone to recommend the Branch Head & Zonal Head to allow
each Executive to devote one full day per week on Handset sales so that the pressure would
ease out and also the stock at distributor’s point would be emptied quickly?
 Have alwaysbeen Credited& Appreciated for maintaining 100% Dealer Satisfaction in my area
by properclaim disbursement, regularvisitsandresolutionof theirsaswell ascustomer's issues
in time.

 To boostSales,I emphasizedon Product Bundling like promoting STVs with Vodafone Handset
along with Price Bundling.
 Special attention was given on promoting World Calling Cards (INR 110 & INR 550) as
Sawaimadhopur is a tourist destination because of Ranthambore National Park. In the entire
Kota Zone, 80% sale of WCC used to happen in Sawaimadhopur district alone.
