Favors decision-making by the group.
The leader welcomes feedback on the result of initiatives
and the work environment.
They can win the cooperation of their group and can
motivate them effectively and positively.

This type of leadership style has no space to explore new
ways to solve problems.
He does not believe in new ideas.
He does follows rules and formalities of the
organization.
14. LAISSEZ-FAIRE or FREE
REIN STYLE
A free rein leader does not lead, but leaves the group
entirely to itself.
He provides them complete freedom to take their own
decisions.
He allows them to set their own goals and to solve
problems on their own.
