Setting the maintenance procedures for CPF (central production facility).work with methods
department every facility that produces a consumer product has some requirement for
maintenance or upkeep of their machinery. Depending upon the product and, to some extent, the
size of the facility, this maintenance activity may be continuous in nature or periodic. Facility
maintenance activities generally fall into three categories: breakdown, preventive, and predictive.
Each category has particular costs associated and specific benefits. Method department will take
vibration measurements and compare them with past records also will analyze the oil sample for
engines and gear box the set maintenance time and schedules. Also make records for the needed
parts to do predictive maintenance, minimum and maximum quantities for each instrument in the
CPF. Mention the supplier and how to order.
