monitoring system(CEMS) supplied by Emerson Process Management.
• Erection and commissioning of 390 TPH CFBC boiler supplied by Thyssenkrup Ltd. and 130MW STG
supplied by Siemens Ltd.
• Deputed to carry out erection and commissioning of office network through fiber optic cable (connected
approximately 90 PC inside factory premises). Also integration of plant information with office network
to show online plant information in office network

all I/O module and card.

Daily activities :
• Arranging & execution of manpower during the shift.
• Responsible for smooth operation of all instruments.
• Preventive maintenance of all equipments as per the schedule.
• Co-ordination with other department for smooth operation of the plant.
• Daily reporting of all reports to the seniors and department head.
• Processing contractors manpower bill according to attendance.
• Facing/attending breakdown of the plant on a 24*7 basis.
• Ensure availability of all critical spares in area of work with appropriate record keeping of usage and
replenishment.
• Impart and ensure thorough knowledge of Safety practices, safety from system, first aid and fire
fighting systems among maintenance persons.
Maintenance job :
• Regular maintenance, check up and calibration of plant instruments.
• Maintenance of field instruments such as temperature, pressure transmitters, switches and local
instruments related to boiler (CFBC & WHRB type), turbine & turbine related auxiliary systems.
• Calibration & troubleshooting of pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitter (smart type) by HART
communicator.
• Troubleshooting and servicing of motorized actuators (make- AUMA, ROTORK), control valves (make-
MILL, FISHER, FORBES MARSHEL).
• Handle the maintenance and troubleshooting of Hydrastep, Burner management system for 4*210
TPH CFBC boiler supplied by IJT, ash handling system supplied by Macawbeer Beekay Pvt Ltd.
• Also involved in installation, calibration and troubleshooting of pneumatic actuators (make – MILL,
FISHER, KELTRON, YTC) and vibration, expansion, speed probes of Bently Naveda and oxygen
analyzer system of Yokogawa.
Other responsibilities :
• Act as ISO auditor which includes preparation of calibration certificate of the instrument which are
used in the plant and preparation of other necessary documentation.
• Also act as a active member of calibration division of the whole site which includes Blast Furnace,
Steel melting Shop(SMS), Coke Oven, Oxygen plant, sinter plant, DM plant, Hydrogen plant, CSP, CRM,
Wired Rod Mill.
Technical Qualification:-
Successfully done B.Tech.- “Instrumentation Engineering” in 2010 from University College of
Science & Technology, Calcutta university with 8.3 CGPA(76.4%)( 1st Division)
GATE 2013 (Branch- Instrumentation Engg.) qualified with all India rank 2278.

• B.Sc in Physics( honors) from Dinabandhu Andrews College under Calcutta University, securing
