o Ball &Race, ZGM/MPS & XRP coal mill to optimize mill downtime & increase availability.
o Fan & alignment processes and reducing fan breakdowns, vibrations, bearing consumptions of especially
ID fans and PA fans.
• Managed replacement functions of Economizer, LTSH & Re-heater Coils of 03 Boilers.
• Minimized the boiler tube failures at 2x300 MW boilers.
• Played a pivotal role in eliminating frequent tube failures in water wall soot blower zones by installing
modified bends arrangement resulted in saving 6 tube failures per year.
