2. Description
 I am currently a Perinatal Data Intern at El Rio Health Center. My duties consist of
inputting surveys of a patients’ initial visit to the Obstetrician. I am also observing
a group of patients who are due next year. During these observations I am able to
get a better understanding of what women and couples experience during
pregnancy.

3. Location
 EL Rio Community Health Center has many locations and the sites that offer
midwifery are:
- Birth & Women’s
- Congress
- HealthOn University
- Northwest
- OB/GYN Associates
- Southeast
- Southwest
- St. Elizabeth’s Health Center

4. Duties
 Inputting Perinatal Surveys from the Office
 Attending the Centering Pregnancy Group With Expecting mothers
 Drop off and pickup surveys from the health centers
