 Analysing the expenditure on a monthly basis to control expenses.

 Reviewing, analysing and maintaining accounts of purchase bills, operation maintenance bills, etc.
 Overseeing advance controls for advance payments & follow-up with purchaser, cost center wise
consumption & analysis with average consumption.
MIS & Budgeting
 Designing and generating MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance,
viz. variance analysis of raw material consumption, overheads, etc.
 Overseeing preparation of various regular reports, special reports / appraisals relating to different
important issues & audit observations for Audit Committee and other statutory authorities.
 Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual
results and implementing corrective actions.

 Ensuring timely assessment and filing of direct & indirect tax returns, TDS, Income Tax, Ser vice Tax in
compliance with Statutory Tax Acts.
 Verification of Sales & Purchase Summary for Sales Tax Return and preparation of Set-off working for
monthly & Annual Return, VAT Return & Assessment.
