 Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes.
 Examining preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation, party reconciliation and consolidated
reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
 Looking after finance section for funds and ensuring disposal of payments for various capitals, revenue expenditure,
bill discounting, bank guarantees, letter of credit and submission of monthly statements with banks, etc.
Achievements:
 Reduced financial cost by continuous follow-up/discussion with the bank resulted in reduction in ROI by 1% and
achieved annual savings of Rs. 10 Lakhs.
 Intimated management about reduction in security deposit rate by 2% resulted in annual savings of Rs. 1.80 Lakhs.
 Achieved reduction in cash discount rates from parties which were charging discount above 12%.
 Successfully developed/modified reports such as Foreign Exchange gain/Loss Report, Profit & Loss A/c & B/S as
per schedule VI and generated commissionpayable report.
 Directly dealt with the Bank’s central office and reduced the difference in forex rate by 10 paisa to 15 paisa.
 Identified that bank has charged excess interest of Rs. 1.20 Lakhs and recovered the same from bank.
 Nominated by Ajanta Pharma Ltd. as internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and achieved
certification as qualified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2008 Quality management system from Asian Institute of
quality management in 2011.
