Smt. Sita Devi Malhotra Charitable Trust is social welfare initiative
and family foundation of SAR Group, Gurgaon works for the
betterment and empowerment of people from health, education,
livelihood and environmental aspects towards the self-sustenance
and healthy life.

ï‚´ As part of Desk research, listed out the Relevant NGOs
working on Drinking water, Sanitation, Skill Development
with basic Contact Details which can be used by the Trust
for future network.
ï‚´ Proposed the up-gradation required for the Navodyam
Website, SDMC Trust
ï‚´Due-diligence Process:
ï‚´ Learnt about the need and process of project and NGO
assessment. It includes basic documentation and analysis of the
project components from a unbiased prospect.
ï‚´ Practical experiment and evaluation of one new proposal
submitted to SDMC Trust and also studied several Due-
diligence documents available with the trust.

o Need Assessment-it helps to identify the exact need of a
given place and of given issue .
o Documentation & Report writing-it helps to present, study,
analysis and keep records in a more rational way.

o Database Research-it is important to keep records for future.

13. Limitations:
o Documentation based- Theoretical in nature
-Mostly Office based work activity, lack of practical exposure in Field work
and deficit of office surrounding field areas
o Limited time was a key obstacles of getting more detailed information.
o All information is not easily accessible or not permitted to disclose as
per Company policy, rules and regulations as per the disclosure of
confidential information.
o The study is purely limited on analysis base; there is no provision of any
test or Survey on any hypothesis base.
o Lack of expertise in finance-accounting and management for trainee.
14. Recommendations:
o Developed proper Planning for Primary Health Check up
camp.
o More Community participation is needed in camp.
o Incorporation of professionals.
o Focus on Women Empowerment & Education,
Awareness Generation & Family Planning in Delhi,
Haryana region.
o Organize Community program in rural areas and associate
other Officials as well in yearly basis.
