 Dismantles pumps and performs repairs, such as cleaning impellers, repacking
stuffing boxes, tightening glands, and replacing bearings, using hand tools.

blowout packing, misalignment of pump shaft, slippage of drive belt, worn
bearings, or need for lubrication.

 Fabrication, erection, inspection, testing of various piping systems related to
refinery as per isometrics and GA drawings
 Ensure the completion of shop fabrication on time as per given schedule work

 Assign to pipe fabrication shop to monitor and supervise the inspectors’ quality
activities to ensure compliance to the relevant inspection and test plan.
 Check that all project documents that are maintained in the pipe shop are the
latest revision before commencement of work.
 Coordinate inspection activities discuss and resolve where possible problems
relating to quality with the company.
 Prepare Erection schedule in consultation with clients and review the quality of
erection & reviewing the piping work as per client procedure and project

operation and maintenance of the pipeline and related facilities and equipment
with the district.
 Inspection of pipeline and facilities periodically to determine the reliability and
safety of the system to employees and the public
 Supervision of repairs on the pipeline and related facilities as necessary.
 Inspection of work performed by pipeline operations personnel and contractors.
 Inspection for proper procedures on the maintenance of valves, pipe coating and
pipeline related equipment.
