Educate & Advocate: A Personal Testament &
Professional Dedication
All children are unique in their developmental needs and learning styles. I believe that
there are teachable moments everywhere, in my commitment to early childhood
education, I will seek to advocate for the success of achieving learning goals for all
children. I believe children learn best in and around environments that are safe and
supportive. My role as a teacher is important in modeling considerate relationships of
shared respect, with a calm temperament, promoting logical reasoning, joyful learning,
kindness and cultivating a positive atmosphere that celebrates diversity and champions
the success of all. My commitment as an early childhood education professional is to
strive to advance the physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
expectations; to foster the student’s desire to learn, investigate and create.

I believe children learn actively. In early
childhood education there is always a
place for play, exploration and
experience through the senses and the
natural world. I encourage a creative
learning environment for children
where they can imagine, practice and
play with well intended guidance to
reach learning goals and gain profound
experience.
TEACHER + STUDENT + PARENT
I believe teacher, student, parent collaboration with attention to building trust and
sharing in mutual respect is essential to cultivate productive progress in the classroom.
Parents and teachers are intrinsically roped to provide support for the student. Together in cooperation
and understanding parents and teachers can more effectively benefit the student and encourage their
success and happiness.
Food For Thought
• I believe it is important to promote good
hygiene, nutrition and rest habits to early
learners. I think it is also helpful to loop
parents in to the practice of healthy
habits.
Promote Equability &
Celebrate Diversity
Social justice has its roots in early
childhood experiences. I believe
that as a role model I can influence
inclusive attitudes and effectuate
kind temperaments towards
difference by setting a good
example in the perpetual
celebration of diversity and the
treatment of equality for all.
