MobLa is an app that allows customers to use their landline number to make calls and chat with friends and family from anywhere using their smartphone. The app's key features include registering a landline number, making calls and chats through a simple process, and offering both free and premium options. MobLa's goals are to achieve 1 million downloads, ensure customer satisfaction, and reach more audiences. To achieve this, the app will focus on customer value through satisfaction, collaborate with app stores and advertisers, and implement tactics like free basic features and a $2 premium upgrade package with more call minutes. The implementation plan includes setting up infrastructure, launching on app stores, and promotional activities to fetch new customers and expand.

Price of upgrading to premium package could be $2.
Premium pack allows 15 calls a day rather than 5 calls a
day each call for about 15 mins each.

• On suggesting to 10 people “MobLa app” you can get an increase of
a call a day.
• You can win a prize on playing an online game on MobLa app and
suggesting to others.
