 Provide customer service and answer inquiries of soldiers, command officials, family, friends, and
workers.
 Deliver and receive reports via Outlook, email, or physical transport.
 Review the initial critique of company finance reports, identify errors or changes, and then report to
command.
 Liable for the preservation of accountability of hundreds of soldiers daily, through an automated
manifest.
 Create memorandums with Microsoft Word for regulations, authorizations, etc.
 Arrange information involving inventory, accountability, and etc. through data entry process; able to
type up to 45 wpm.
 Prepare separation documents, military orders, leave forms, reassignment orders, and assist soldiers
with administrations that require the use of CAC, or an access card.
 File paperwork properly and in correct filing order.
 Answer telephones frequently.
 Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment and storage, and storage areas in order to ensure
compliance with safety regulations.
 Verify inventory computations of two types of petroleum by comparing them to physical counts of
stock, and investigate discrepancies and/or adjust errors.
 Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects.
 Provide assistance or direction to additional stockrooms, warehouses, other sectors of the company,
and storage yards for inquiring soldiers or visitors.
