o The chief executive officer, generally termed as CEO is the highest ranked executive
of the company. ACEO’s primary responsibilities include making major corporate
decisions, managing the overall operations and resources of a company, acting as
the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate
operations.

7. General Manager
o A general manager (GM) is responsible for all or part of a
department's operations or the company's operations, including
generating revenue and controlling costs.

o It manage the finance department.

My responsibility as a finance manager in my company are to:

within the workforce. HR responsibilities include

to date with any laws that may affect the company and its

o A chief marketing officer, also called a global marketing officer or marketing
director, is a corporate executive responsible for managing marketing

As a chief legal officer my duties are to :
Advise the CEO and other senior corporate officers on a variety of issues.
Update the leadership team and board on regulatory or legal changes that affect the
industry or organization.
Understand the contracts signed by the company, as well as agreements of
confidentiality
Making sure that managers and other workers are also aware of how they can affect
the company’s legal standing.
