3. President
O Company president is the immediate
Maximum Authority and its functions are : To
direct and oversee the operation of the
Company, both the matrix and the branch.
Represent the Company in all business and
contracts with third parties in relation to the
object of the company , also convenes and
chair meetings of the Board. The President is
the legal representative of the Business
Coalition for all judicial and extrajudicial acts .
4. Vice president
O The vice president of a company ranks
second in the hierarchy of the company.
The only employee who usually has a
superior position to the vice president is
the president of the company. Vice taking
policy decisions along with President and
advises and gives his opinion as well. The
person in this position has a responsibility
to assume the presidency if something
happens to the president of the company.
5. Secretary
O Take control of the diary of the Management.
O Logistics support in institutional events, inside and
outside of OA
O Answering phone calls and channel received by the
Management.
O Organize and control the physical and computer file
management.
O Arrange and pay for contracted services (purchases
and training).
O Order and check diem expenses of the entire
Management.
O Provide information to other Managers and
Supervisors in Support Offices.
6. Human Resources
O Staff incorporation: The function incorporation of new staff is to determine the profile of
the person we need to fill the position we are offering, detain or call applicants that
meet that profile, evaluate through testing and interviews, select and hire the most
suitable (or most appropriate), and to induce and enable him to suit his new position
and the company as soon as possible.
O Administration of salaries, allowances and benefits: Is the management of everything
related to perceptions, allowances and benefits of workers. For example, it is to
determine and manage their compensation (wages and salaries), work schedules,

9. Manager
O Production: Regarded as one of the key departments, as does the
optimal utilization and proper introduction of an enterprise
infrastructure.
O Marketing: Of utmost importance, as the company holds the
responsibility to develop efficient methods for the management and
coordination of sales systems that the company offers to a specific
market.
O Finance: This area is responsible for fund raising and the provision
of capital used in the operation of the company, seeking to have the
financial means to each of the other departments, in order that they
can function properly.
O HR: Department of vital importance, since through the proper use of
programs of recruitment, selection, hiring, training and
development, it is for the company gathers the appropriate and
related to the objectives of the staff.
10. Cashier
O Run operations opening and closing cash,
