disposable face masks segment includes surgical, respirator, dust, and pitta masks. The increased
use of respirators in hospitals to drive the demand for disposable face masks during the forecast

pay, responsibility, role and power.
5. Ethical Conduct of our employees:
Workplace ethics are the set of values, moral principles, and standards that need to be followed
by both employers and employees in the workplace. It is the set of rules and regulations that need
to be followed by all staff of the workplace.
Communicate Effectively
Effective communication is very important to avoid misunderstandings when dealing with issues
in the workplace. Communicating effectively may mean different things to people at different
points in time.
Take Responsibility
It is important for employees to always take responsibility for decisions made both individually
and in a team. This is, in fact, a leadership trait that every employee who is looking to take up a
managerial position in the future should exhibit.
Be Accountable
Accountability is also a very good trait of an employee. One of the things that may short change
a talented and responsible is the lack of accountability.
Lack of accountability may result in your boss thinking you have an "I don't care attitude" to the
company's project or worst take you as a liar and may lead to job loss in the long run. For
example, at the beginning of each year, a certain amount of money is allocated to each
department.
6. Respect Your Colleagues
It doesn't matter whether you are dealing with the intern, a junior, janitor, etc. they should all be
treated with respect. As a manager, treating your team members with respect will help improve
their productivity.
Professionalism/Standards
There are professional standards that everything an employee does in the workplace. The use of
informal words in a formal workplace is highly unprofessional.
These standards should be held high and applied to every part of an employee's activity in the
workplace. This should include the way they speak, kind of work they deliver and their
relationship with coworkers and customers.
Obey The Company’s Rules & Regulation
At the start of an employee contract, companies may need the employee to sign various
documents, including the company rules and regulation agreement form. Also, the employee
may be given a handbook that may serve as a guide.
Some common rules are tardiness, inappropriate dressing, and language, etc. Due to the
excitement of getting a new job, some employees do not properly read these rules and may end
up deferring them in the future. Therefore, it is important that new employees properly read these
rules & regulations in other not to defer them.
Role of ethics in departments
Ethics in Marketing:
Ethics are a collection of principles of right conduct that shape the decisions people or
organizations make. Practicing ethics in marketing means deliberately applying standards of
fairness, or moral rights and wrongs, to marketing decision making, behavior, and practice in the
organization.
Ethics in Human ResourceManagement:
Today, Human Resource teams are tasked with several responsibilities to maintain a
smooth fostering of good diversity at the workplace, setting the proper standards
for people in the organization, etc.
Such practices have to strictly follow the ethical rule motivation, as they are necessary for
the organization’s positive drive. These professionals have to go after a good
7. working environment for everyone in the company and raise the bars for the current and
upcoming employees.
HR people are the company’s moral heart and brain, and they have to play their role
following an established set of moral ethics and standards. Ethics in Human Resources
basically deals with the affirmative moral obligations of the employer towards employees
for ensuring equality and equity justice
Ethics in Finance:
The role of ethics in financial management is to balance, protect and preserve stakeholders'
interests. For example, our save and secure life company says its code of ethics in finance
covers obligations to management, fellow employees, business partners, the public and
shareholders. Typical standards found in a code of ethics in finance include:
Act with honesty and integrity.
Avoid conflicts of interest in professional relationships.
Comply with all rules and regulations governing your position and your company.
Act with good faith and independent judgment. Don't allow self-interest or other factors
to sway your recommendations.
Never share confidential information or use it for personal gain.
Maintain an internal controls system to guard against unethical behavior.
Ethics in leadership
Ethical leadership means that individuals behave according to a set of principles and values that
are recognized by the majority as a sound basis for the common good. These include integrity,
respect, trust, fairness, transparency, and honesty.
Ethics In Governance
Ethics provide accountability between the public and the administration. Adhering to a code of
ethics ensures that the public receives what it needs in a fair manner. It also gives the
administration guidelines for integrity in their operations. That integrity, in turn, helps foster the
trust of the community.
Ethics in advertisement
8. Ethics means a set of moral principles which govern a person’s behavior or how the activity is
conducted. And advertising means a mode of communication between a seller and a buyer. We
advertised our product to influence customers to buy mask and wear mask for the protection of
lives.
Thus ethics in advertising means a set of well-defined principles which govern the ways of
communication taking place between the seller and the buyer. Ethics is the most important
