2. The front cover so the main image takes over most of the page and
covers some of the masthead, and includes sell lines, a main sell
line, puffs, barcode, date and a banner going across the bottom.

The images are mainly taken in a studio with a plain background,
and are mainly medium close up shots.
The costume is all quite similar.
There is a variety in font.
The font is mainly bold, however the font used on the mastheads is
different and harder to read. The colours it is in are white, yellow
and black.
The genre is evident by the photography and how the people in
the magazine are represented.

The is a bit of font variation, most of the font is quite and tall.

The genre is evident by the way the images are posed, the colour scheme and the language
used such as ‘rockin out’.
4. This research has helped me to develop my ideas, because it has allowed me to see work
produced by people who are similar to me as they were also students. It has also helped
me to develop my ideas by looking at different colour schemes to see what works
together and what doesn’t’.
