10. IMPLEMENTATION:-
• Some of the rules of Achara Rasayana were found to be
impractical in the cases of young children.
• But children always try to copy their parents and other
members of the family in almost all activities.
• So by practising the rules of Achara Rasayana by the
elders, thus by setting role models for their children,
both family and subsequently the society will get the
benefits of Rasayana therapy.

11. APPLIED ASPECTS:-
• Behavioural therapy.
• Modification – food and life style
• Speech therapy and occupational therapy for ASD and
ADHD children.
• Proper sexual education, create awareness about sexual
pervasions, sexual abuses etc.
• Awareness against various addictions like alcohol,
drugs, internet gaming, gambling etc.
• Avoid junk foods and carbonated drinks.
• In Japan- “ catch them young” – to develop a
responsible future generation.

12. CONCLUSION:-
• Achara rasayana is a special type of rasayana mentioned
only in Charaka Samhita 4th Rasasyanapada.
• Also known as Nitya Rasayana. Does not require any
internal medicines to produce the effect.
• The present study aims at the timely use of this
rasayana in children to attain a healthy life in all aspects.
• While critically analysing the ingradients, viharas will
play more important role than the Ahara.
• So by the judicious use of this Rasayana, we can get
the benefit of Rasayana in children without complex
rejuvenating formulas.
