o Majority of operations time in RTR includes Reconciliations (Fixed Assets, Inter-
Company, Bank & other Reconciliations) & Closing activities (Journal entries,

o Managed RTR team of 25 FTEs performing Reconciliations & closing

Developed monthly/yearly bonus & rating framework
2. Recognised with customer accolade in form of Danbury Award in 2006. For finalizing 315
GL reconciliation opportunities of Q4 2005 for Global Electronic Solutions single handedly,
and for establishing better understanding & communication with customer
Supported Cash Applications team to curb down the unprecedented situation of high
volume & attrition and adding to it alarming application accuracy rate. This high volume
persistent for around 10 consecutive months
Received Process Improvement Excellence Award 2007 for best Lean project. Developed &
implement a Direct Debit database which helped in resolving bank open items more
conveniently. This saved 1300 man hours/ year
Implemented fortnightly management pack for Treasury team, this was well appreciated by
client leadership
Build common idea platform for all team members and bring them together to discuss the
challenges faced and possible solutions, and collated number of automation ideas which
would eventually release 3 Full Time Employees (FTE)
