Professional experience gained within varied portfolios, developmental and managerial
roles, mainly within the chemical plant manufacturing industry. As a capable and self-
motivated individual with 10 years of experience, an effective communicator with good
leadership abilities, I have trained for professional development and mentorship

Scope of Work Done:
Reviewing each regeneration of MRP and open work orders using knowledge of
product and process to provide smooth work load for each work center while
achieving the requirements of the Master Production Schedule.
Providing input and promised delivery dates to customer service representatives
and Shipping departments to schedule customer orders.
Acting as an interface to production, industrial engineering, purchasing, and other
internal areas to ensure smooth operation in a timely and cost effective manner.
Closely monitoring open work orders to assure that the SAP work order file is
accurate, that work orders are completed on time, that cycle times are maximized,
and production capacity is managed to its full potential.
Control inventory as required. Including the monitoring of discrepant material from
work cells to assure that it is quickly processed through the Material Review Board
for timely disposition.
Coordinating the weekly generation of each work center’s production schedule.
Monitoring production levels and create/change schedule to assure that inventory
objectives are maintained and production throughput times are minimized.
