Engg. Working from Mar’11 to Aug ’14.
Responsible for new product development and contract manufacturing with profit. Valuable
suggestion for the betterment with their effective implementation, and day to day monitoring. I
was redesignated as Sr. Manager Plant and Process Engg. Now, I am looking plant
modification/modernisation, process change, scale up, trouble shooting etc. My responsibilities are
process development, project, cost estimation, liaison with external parties, scale up from lab,
transfer from lab to kilo lab and finally to plant. Cost estimation of new project, Capex, project
feasibility are all handled by me. Had a role of Facility planning, Maintenance (preventive and
failure) and utility, when joined as HOD Engg and facility planning. The company is a research
based organisation engaged in the area of Contract Manufacture, Custom Synthesis, Contract
Process Research, Fine and Nucleocide Chemical Manufacture. I left the organisation on Aug’14.

2. Joined as Assistant Plant Manager & rose to the position of Plant Manager (HOD)
Joined as shift manager to plan and organize shift activities in series of plants. To give training
to subordinate, newcomer and plant personnel was my initial responsibility.
Promoted to Plant Manager from Assistant Plant Manager within one year. I have
contributed many innovative ideas for implementation. I had overall responsibility as functional
head of one plant, IMS documentation and implementation, production planning, manpower
utilization, objective review and safety coordination. Working as M.R (of Integrated Management
System) was an added responsibility.
